We stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better experience! The breakfast everyday was above and beyond our expectations, the hosts are so wonderful! The views from the house are the best in the city and you are walking distance to everything. Really above and beyond our expectations and made for such a wonderful experience in Keswick!
Fantastic views, clean comfortable rooms and fantastic breakfasts. Close to the town centre and you can go on some great walks right from the front door. A drying room to hang up your wet things if the weather isn’t on your side! Highly recommended:)

The Hillcrest was recommended to me, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. You could honestly believe you are the first person o stay here. The whole place is immaculate! Every area is absolutely spotless. The owners could not have been more accommodating or helpful. They catered for my wife's gluten and dairy free needs without hesitation or fuss. My cooked breakfast was excellent. And to this it's great location two minutes from Keswick town, and you've got everything you could possibly be looking for. Don't hesitate, book a stay and experience one of the best stays you could imagine.

The building is immaculately maintained with many thoughtful features in the rooms (e.g., multiple electric outlets, conveniently located at bedside). The breakfasts are marvelous with so many choices we were always left wishing we had room for more. I don't think you could ask for a nicer B&B experience.
A truly perfect B&B experience. Hillcrest 22 is lovingly refurbished interior, with modern fitted out rooms and bathrooms, extremely cosy & great views. Lucy gave us the warmest and friendliest of welcomes, including a very welcome tea and homemade cakes after our journey. Amazing choice of breakfast goodies with daily specials and we also ordered packed lunches for our long walks. All the family looked after us so well, we will definitely be returning here many times.
Stunning property. Rooms beautifully decorated and whole B&B feels luxurious. Tasty breakfast. Beautifully peaceful despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Keswick high street. Loved it.
Highly, highly recommend Hillcrest! We felt utterly spoilt our whole time here - from home made cakes and scones in the sunshine when we arrived, to delicious breakfasts and immaculate rooms. Nothing was too much trouble - we stayed for a local triathlon and Lucy and her lovely family were more than accommodating with all of our kit, and ensured we had a decent breakfast even though it was early (a huge novelty on race morning!) The B&B is incredibly quiet to say it is minutes walk from the bustle of Keswick town. 10/10, thankyou so much for a lovely stay!
